Working with David Allen has been fantastic. His professionalism, ability to create a positive corporate culture and work with council has been outstanding and I hope he gets to rest a bit in retirement as I am sure he will be sought after as one of Canada’s foremost experts in municipal Asset Management – something the City of Courtenay has truly benefited from.
