We want your ideas for the City of Courtenay’s Official Community Plan! Please join us for the OCP Ideas fair February 19th, 10 am – 8 pm at the Florence Filberg Centre Conference Hall.
Courtenay’s population is expected to grow by more than 15% to over 30,000 by 2031.
The OCP sets out land use categories and approximate locations and densities of land uses. It includes a Development Permit section which helps strengthen the design, landscaping and environmental requirements for new development.
